Can I Fly with Feather? Vanquish blue feather shirt!!

Oh.....I love this shirt from Vanquish S/S 2011 collection. I adore the very special blue feather print around the collar, the slim cut silhouette  and the very friendly price ($163). But I'm wondering is there anyone in Japan can buy that for me??
